Hi there! My name is Matt, and I am a Physiotherapist here at United Therapies.

I’m passionate about helping people overcome injury and move with confidence. My approach combines education, hands-on manual therapy, targeted exercise, and supportive modalities to guide you through every stage of recovery.

What drives me in this work is seeing the impact that movement and knowledge can have on someone’s life. After personally experiencing the effectiveness of physiotherapy in recovering from injury, I was inspired to help others regain their strength, independence, and confidence as well.

I welcome people of all backgrounds, abilities, and experiences; from athletes and active individuals to older adults, people recovering from workplace injuries (WCB), and those managing chronic conditions or just starting their movement journey.

I also have a special interest in supporting people living with Parkinson’s disease, helping them maintain mobility and quality of life through physiotherapy approaches.

No matter your goals or where you’re starting from, I’m here to support you with care that’s respectful, inclusive, and tailored to you.

Hi! I’m Megan. I’m a Certified Athletic Therapist with a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Science, and am certified in various techniques/programs for manual therapy (soft tissue, nerves, joints), strength training, mobility exercise, and advanced persistent pain management. This means that no matter your age, activity level, or lifestyle, or if your injury/pain is new or old, I’ll have tools and strategies to help you out.

I have trained directly with therapists from the Prague School of Rehabilitation including Dr. Pavel Kolar, the head coaches and therapists of Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning, Dr. Andry Vleeming (Chairman of the World Congress of Low Back and Pelvic Pain), and many other renowned clinicians and coaching. I have also been directly mentored by Dr. Craig Liebenson (leading expert in rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries).

I hold additional certifications as a Vinyasa Yoga Instructor, Steel Mace Coach, and Certified Functional Strength Coach, among others, because I know the key to empowering rehab and therapy is to bridge the gap to a sustainable wellness practice.

I’m also a published academic author, teach in international continuing education and mentorship programs, and speak on various topics within the realm of chronic pain assessment and and management.

I’m excited for the opportunity to be a part of your rehab/training journey, and help get you moving again. See you soon!
